What our clients say...

Called on the hope someone could come out late Friday night to fix a pipe and stop a leak. Not only was Steve round within the hour to do just that but he proceeded to plumb in my brand new toilet cistern for me while he was there even though I hadn’t asked him! Saved me a lot of trouble and cost buying the tools and parts I would have needed to do it myself as well as knowing exactly what to do and more importantly how to do it properly. The quote I was given over the phone was spot on, everything was sorted out quickly and Steve was chatty and friendly as he talked through what he was doing as well as giving out some good after-care advice.

No hesitation in reccomending these guys to anyone looking to have a plumbing or heating problem solved, Steve is an honest, reliable local tradesman and people like him will always stand above the big companies. Big big thanks to SDW for a stress-free experience.

Bob Pape - Swansea

Absolutely brilliant experience.

First met Steve when he repaired my boiler, after being let down by another plumber.

Chatting about the bathroom remodel we were planning, I asked Steve to quote. To say the previous plumber was a bit loose with his figures would be a massive understatement. In comparison, Steve gave a quote outlining all the works, including parts and timelines.

It was a pleasure having Steve and his boys, Josh & Curtis in the house. They turned up bang on time every day, and worked hard with only short lunch breaks.

They have a wealth of experience, and when decisions needed to be made, eg, tile layout, grout colour etc, they were happy to put some up so I could see the options in situ, rather than rely on my imagination.

Bathroom has been in a couple of weeks now and I love it.

Superb. Thanks guys. Couldn’t recommend enough. Will call for all future work.

Ken Williams - Pontardawe

I always go to Steve and his sons for my plumbing and heating needs. They are efficient, tidy & very good to deal with. I can’t praise them enough. They arrive on time, work like Trojans and keep me informed. Highly recommended.

Lys Knight - Skewen

I needed a new toilet to be fitted. Having previously had work done by SDW Plumbing I had no hesitation in asking them to do this work. As expected the job was done quickly, efficiently and to the highest standard at a reasonable price. Very pleased

Alan Kedward - Morriston Swansea

Steve and his sons have carried out a lot of work for us, and our daughter, over the past 7 years. This includes 2 fully fitted bathrooms and 2 boilers, one of which fitted recently. They also service our boilers annually.
The work is of a very high standard and Steve has an excellent sense of humour and is a pleasure to deal with. We simply wouldn’t go anywhere else for our plumbing needs.

Roger Cooke - Loughor

Steve did quite a bit of work for us during our new kitchen fitting, as well as a new hob, and new radiator he also fitted a new radiator elsewhere in our house and fixed a leaky toilet. He explained everything during our meetings with him and nothing was too much trouble. He has such attention to detail and works so hard.
Would recommend Steve to anyone, and will definitely use him again when we need more work done.
